Crisis & Access Services
Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Centre (London)
The Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Centre is located at 648 Huron Street in London Ontario. This Centre provides immediate walk in support for individuals experiencing a crisis related to an addiction or mental health who do not require hospital or emergency services (911).
Walk In/In Person Options
The walk in options are designed to support individuals who are experiencing a crisis related to an addiction or mental health need in a variety of different locations.
Supportive Response (Phone Options)
The 24/7 Reach Out program is designed to provide information, support and crisis service over the phone or webchat for people living with mental health or addiction concerns in Elgin, Oxford, Middlesex and London.
Crisis Stabilization Space
This program is designed to provide short-tem residential support for individuals 16 years old and older, experiencing a crisis related to their mental health and/or addiction.
Mobile Crisis Responses
There are a variety of mobile crisis responses offered in Elgin, Oxford, Middlesex and London. Referrals are required to access these services.
First Contact & Access Options
First Contact and Access supports are designed to get individuals connected to mental health and addiction services in Elgin, Oxford, Middlesex and London.
