How do I make a donation?
The easiest way to support the work of CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services is to donate online or call us at 519-673-3242 ext. 1221. If your gift exceeds $1,000, please contact our office regarding transaction fees.
What geographic area is supported through donations?
The city of London, Elgin County, Middlesex County, Oxford County, and the municipality of South Huron.
Where do donations go?
Donations support our programs and services, focusing on clients and their unique needs.
How do I raise money for CMHA Thames Valley though a fundraising event?
Please visit our Fundraise for CMHA page to find information and submit an application to our Events team for review.
How do I request a replacement receipt?
Email us at donate@cmhatv.ca or call 519-673-3242 ext. 1221 to request a copy of your receipt. For us to handle your request as quickly as possible, please provide us with your full name, address, the amount of the donation, and your method of donation.
Please note that a consolidated receipt for monthly donations is sent in February of each year.

How much of a donation goes directly to help individuals and how much does CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services use for fundraising?
We are proud that our cost per dollar raised through donations is only 15%. This 15% helps cover the costs of our systems, infrastructure, and team function so we can support our third-party event organizers, donors, and grantors securely and professionally.
Does CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services accept donations of gift-in-kind items?
Our organization does accept some gift-in-kind items. Please review our current wish list on the website. It is best to connect with us directly to discuss specific items like larger household items that would require a valuation assessment.
