Black & White Gala

2024 marks twenty years of My Sisters’ Place.

On August 22, 2024, join us in celebrating this milestone at our Black & White Gala. This event will raise essential funds for My Sisters’ Place and support our mission to continue providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive centre free of stigma for women in London.

Guests can expect a glamorous event complete with a three-course dinner, dancing and music and an exclusive live and silent auction.

My Sisters’ Place is a safe, welcoming and inclusive centre that supports individuals who identify as women through drop-in and wrap-around services. Many experience multiple vulnerabilities including gender-based violence, trauma, chronic mental and physical health challenges, homelessness or housing instability, substance use and extreme poverty.

Each year, approximately 90% of My Sisters’ Place’s annual operating budget of $1.5 million is funded through donations. Events like this are essential for keeping the lights on, the doors open and staff employed.
