WRAP: Wellness Recovery in Action Planning
An eight-week module workshop for anyone who experiences addictions and/or mental health struggles. A Wellness Recovery Action Plan is an individualized system for self-monitoring and responding to mental health and/or addictions. Participants develop their own WRAP while learning recovery concepts, skills and strategies.
