Mindful Hour Plus

The purpose of this group is to take time out of our busy lives to learn and practice being mindful. Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment. This is developed through the practice of exercising mental wellness achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

Please note, there is no program on July 12.

Dates: Fridays, June 21 – August 30 

Time: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Location: Virtual via Zoom (virtual link will be sent out after registration)
