Mindful Hikes Mondays – Spring 2024
Start your week off with some fresh air and good company. Mindful Hike promotes physical activity in nature or green exercise, as a way to improve both physical and mental health. This walk/hike will also increase our social network, aid in some physical activity and help foster good mental health in nature.
Location: In Person, location details will be shared upon registration
Dates: Mondays March 4th – May 27th
Times: 3-4pm
Note: Hikes will be cancelled if there is a weather alert during the time of the hike. No group on April 1 and May 20.
Due to the Solar Eclipse, there will be NO hike on April 8, 2024.
