Mind Over Mood Spring 2024

This group uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or just cope better with stress. It is based on the Mind over Mood workbook by Dennis Greenberger, Ph.D. and Christine Padesky, Ph.D. This eight-week program is an interactive skills group. We ask participants to attend all sessions and complete home activities in order to build experience and confidence with the skills presented. All participants receive a free copy of the workbook.
