Mind Over Mood – April 11 – May 30
This 8-week co-ed program uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or to cope better with stress. It is based on the Mind Over Mood work By Dennis Greenberger, PhD. and Christine Padesky, PhD.
This is an interactive skills group. we ask participants to attend all sessions and complete home activities in order to build experience and confidence with the skills presented.
Note: Virtual registration requirements include a private space, internet, camera and speaker.
Each participant receives a copy of the workbook.
