Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the support provided to a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or experiencing a mental health crisis. Course participants will learn how to how to offer and provide help, and how to guide a person to appropriate treatments and supports.
Module 1: Self-Directed Online Learning (Prerequisite to Module 2 & 3)
Module 2: Virtual Classroom (Instructor-led Learning), Duration 3.5 Hours
Module 3: Virtual Classroom (Instructor-led Learning), Duration 3.5 hours
