Living Life to the Full – For Neurodivergent
Join us for eight-week as we learn new skills and strategies to deal with stress, worry, low mood or just needing help dealing with life’s challenges. This program teaches practical self-management skills using cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) principles. Participants will cover topics such as self-confidence, problem-solving, motivation, dealing with unhelpful thoughts and managing anger.
