Feel Good Friday’s
Join Us for this virtual drop-in group and connect with others around different topics that can help inspire, spark creativity, and support our wellness. Each week we will watch a short video, TED talk, listen to a podcast, etc. and have a social discussion after to hear everyone’s point of view. In this group, we will connect and learn from one another, and end our week on an inspiring note!
