Connecting Mindfulness and Empathy – Virtual

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. We will look at Empathy and Compassion respectively to help us attain a way of self-awareness. Compassion is a spiritual practice and commitment. The difference between Empathy and compassion is: Empathy is a tool of compassion. Come join us as we use these characteristics to help us take a pause and be more in the present.
