Anxiety Management Group
An 8-week psychoeducational series for people living with anxiety. The group defines “Anxiety” and provides strategies, resources and information based on the CBT model, mindfulness, and exposure therapy techniques to help individuals cope with and overcome, anxiety symptoms.
Location: In person, Wednesdays
