Time Out: Overcoming Stress & Burn Out

Our everyday lives can be filled with different challenges and demands on our time and emotional and physical energy that lead us to feeling stressed and burnt out. In this 4-week group, we will discuss together the different issues that impact women’s wellness and how we can set boundaries with ourselves and others to restore a sense of balance and support our well-being.
