Relocation of 110 Centre St. Mental Health and Addictions Walk-In Crisis Services

We are sharing an important update with our community. In our continuous effort to enhance access to mental health and addiction support, our Walk-In Crisis Services will be relocating to a new address. Starting April 15, Crisis Services can be accessed at our site at 10 Mondamin St.

Seamless Continuity of Care
Our priority is to ensure there is no interruption in services we provide. Our team is fully prepared to continue offering high-quality, timely, and effective care throughout this transition and beyond.

Service Hours Remain Unchanged
Our service hours will remain unchanged, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Transitioning from 110 Centre St.
Please be advised that following our move, services will no longer be available at our former 110 Centre St. location. This change is part of our strategic plan to optimize resources and enhance our service delivery.

Support at STEGH
For those accessing our Crisis Services through St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital (STEGH), please rest assured that there will be no changes to the support available there. Our commitment to providing unwavering support remains strong.
