Take Up Space: Overcoming Gym Anxiety
Our mental health is directly corelated to our physical health, so we invite you to join us for an introduction to the fitness world! We will work on unpacking gym anxiety, motivation, gym etiquette and knowing your limits, as well as goal setting, and components of exercise.
