Youth SAFE – Self Abuse Finally Ends

SAFE is an ongoing peer support group for individuals who use self-harm to cope. Program modules and check-ins help to give participants a better understanding of the thoughts, feelings and behaviours around self-harm. This group is for Ages 12 – 18. 

Dates: Wednesdays, ongoing

Time: 4:30-5:30 pm

Location: In-person  – Location will be confirmed upon registration
