Connecting to the Moment – Interpersonal Relationships
This program will introduce participants to skills which connect us to a life worth living. Participants will engage with other group members to learn and build skills of Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation and Distress Tolerance.
These skills will be presented over the course of four 8-week sessions. Participants can register for each individual session as they are offered.
We will interpersonal effectiveness skills to facilitate the development of trust & friendship, which will reduce the likelihood of interpersonal conflict in order to enhance healthy relationships.
