CMHA TVAMHS Launches First Point of Contact Form

In 2021, CMHA Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services was launched as an integrated agency serving London, Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, Exeter, and Goderich.

We amalgamated our four legacy agencies to create one that would allow for efficient, convenient, and coordinated addiction and mental health supports in our region and we are pleased to share that we have created a more streamlined process for accessing services.

We have launched a new first point of contact form that will allow those seeking services to complete one form and be connected with the right program based on their needs and preferences. This one form is available at cmhatv.ca/start and will serve as the point of entry for all clients across our entire region.

All legacy forms and intake procedures will redirect to this form in the coming weeks and we look forward to moving our processes toward a new streamlined procedure that reflects our integrated organization.
