Breaking Free Online Enrolment Ending – March 31, 2024

We have recently learned that the Breaking Free Online (BFO) will be decommissioned by Ontario Health effective March 31, 2024.
Since the program’s inception, CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services has been one of seven implementation site leads supporting Ontario Health in information-sharing and promotion of the program.

As of April 1, 2024, Breaking Free will no longer be available for enrolment. Current users enrolled in Breaking Free, will continue to have full access to the service for two years from their initial enrolment date – including those who register between now and March 31, 2024.
