We Are Moving Out of 534 Queens Ave Permanently
As of Monday, June 20, 2022, CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services will permanently vacate its site at 534 Queens Ave in London. All services and staff located at this site will relocate to other sites.
As of Monday, June 27, 2022, our transitional case management services and corporate services will commence at 200 Queens Ave, 2nd floor, London. Please know there will be no break in service – during the week of June 20 to June 27, our TCMs will provide support to their clients virtually or at a different location, which will be communicated directly to their own clients.
Please know that clinical services located at 534 Queens Ave (including injection clinics, foot care clinics and psychiatry clinics) are relocating to our newly reopened Crisis Centre at 648 Huron St. in London. They will commence at this location in late June (date TBC). Learn more about the Crisis Centre’s reopening here.
Why are we moving?
We are thrilled to be moving the services mentioned above to our site at 200 Queens Ave so we can provide support at one central location and at a more accessible space. Services already located at 200 Queens Ave include addiction transitional case management, the Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic, the Community Opioid Addiction Program, problem gambling and behaviour addiction support and substance use counselling among others.
This move will also allow newly amalgamated teams to work under one roof, following our integration of CMHA Elgin-Middlesex, CMHA Oxford and Addiction Services of Thames Valley.
How do I get to 200 Queens Ave?
200 Queens Ave is located on the corner of Queens Ave and Clarence St. in London. The closest major intersection is Richmond St. and Dundas St. Our site is located on the 2nd floor, which is accessible by using the elevators in the lobby, directly through the front doors.

There are a few parking lots nearby, including three City of London Municipal Lots:
