CMHA TVAMHS is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our board members are volunteers with a passion for addiction and mental health with skills for leadership, policy development and governance.
The board is comprised of a chair, vice-chair and treasurer/secretary as well as a number of members. The Board of Directors is responsible for the general governance of CMHA TVAMHS.
Committees of the Board of Directors
CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services (CMHA TVAMHS) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible for the general governance of CMHA TVAMHS.
The Board is comprised of the chair, vice-chair, treasurer/secretary as well as a number of directors. They are all volunteers with a passion for addiction and mental health with leadership, policy development and governance skills.
Our committees provide expert guidance to the board to make informed decisions, are located throughout our service area and bring a regional perspective to service provision.
We are currently accepting applications from individuals interested in joining our Board and Board Committees.
CMHA TVAMHS is recruiting community members from our service area to join our Board and Board Committees.
Previous board experience is not required but we are seeking representatives with one or more of the following qualifications:
- Member of the Francophone community
- System Performance
- Information Technology / Information Systems
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Health equity interests or experience reflecting the diversity of the Thames Valley region and including persons with lived mental health, substance use or problem gambling and gaming experience or their family members.
