Heartspace: Co-Production

Mothers with lived experience of a mental health and/or addiction concern, with children of all ages, come together to co-produce a course for mothers with school aged children. This co-production group will develop content on topics such as: parenting while unwell, mental health challenges in children, age-appropriate conversations, etc.
