Sink into Sleep

Insomnia is a persistent, unsatisfactory sleep which has consequences for our daily responsibilities & activities. Insomnia can be a challenging way of life as sleep is a normal phase of each 24-hr period in our lives. Together with group participants we will learn about insomnia and evidence-based strategies to accomplish the refreshing good night sleep we need. By the end of the six weeks participants will have a marked improvement in the quality of their nightly sleep.

Note: No Group May 22nd – due to holiday
